Labor Warranty for 1 Year. General Exclusions Unless Otherwise Specified: painting covers or area around panels, repairs or modifications to existing wiring, structure or other pre-existing conditions to accommodate code requirements, or any other unforeseen condition(s) that adversely affect the scope of work unless specifically mentioned above. WARRANTIES ARE NONTRANSFERABLE WITH OWNER AND/OR MANAGEMENT CHANGE. Meter repair and lamps are NOT eligible for warranty.
